If you are 70½ or older, you can make your donations to any qualified charity directly from an IRA with essentially pre-tax income. Your donations help provide arts programming or social programs through art to our community and ensure Rio Rancho Creative Crossroads continues breaking down barriers to the arts for EVERYONE, keeping the fees low and offering scholarships to members in need, creating new inclusive programs (including our newest program - Rio Rancho Art on the Mesa), and through our GenARTistry program - continue to help community members in need (i.e. Squeaky Shoe Project recently gave out our 400th pair of new shoes ). Your gift will make certain that no one gets excluded, that every aspiring artist/performer has the opportunity to learn the necessary skills, craft their talent, and participate in every activity no matter their age, background, style, culture, orientation, race, ability and identity or national crisis. The heart of RRCC is the people who dedicate their time and talents to it. Our Board of Directors and Committee Chairs generously volunteer their time to organize the business end and keep our chorus in tune. Our webmaster volunteered their time to build our website, free of charge. There are many areas where you can help too. Please contact us if you would be interested in sharing your time!
