A Little Piece of Heaven is a two-act play for all ages by Matthew Carlin that is a combination of comedy and mystery, with poignant moments throughout.
A Little Piece of Heaven will be performed at Avix Art (4311 Sara Rd SE, Rio Rancho) May 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, and 28 at 7:30 p.m. and May 15, 22, and 28 at 2 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online, at the door up beginning an hour before curtain, or during business hours at Pet Food Gone Wild and at Rio Rancho Doggie Daycare. General admission is $15; senior and student admission is $12; and there is a discounted rate of $10 per person for groups of 8 or more. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for parking, entry, and seating. Masks are recommended indoors.
Rio Rancho Players is Rio Rancho’s only all ages community theatre group, and is made up of people of a wide range of ages in a variety of roles, including as actors, crew, set designers, costumers, makeup artists, etc. Rio Rancho Players is a program of Rio Rancho Creative Crossroads, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to bringing fine and cultural art to Rio Rancho, and as part of its mission to bring high quality and affordable art to Rio Rancho, the Players is free to join. As such, ticket sales and sponsors are a vital part of keeping Rio Rancho Players going and growing.
